Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote - most projects are East Coast

Duration: 12+ months

Rate: $75-80/hr

Hours: 40 hours per week

Travel: 25% travel. Will visit sites for a couple days each

An established developer in the clean energy and infrastructure space is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects across the U.S. This role is remote, with travel required to active project sites and key partner meetings. The ideal candidate will bring experience managing construction and engineering projects involving process piping, utility systems, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from development and design through construction and final turnover
• Serve as the main liaison between internal stakeholders, contractors, and partners
• Oversee contract execution, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and reporting
• Coordinate utility tie-ins (power, gas, water, comms) and regulatory requirements
• Engage in contractor/vendor selection, bid evaluations, and equipment sourcing
• Ensure project delivery aligns with company expectations for safety, cost, and performance

Project Scopes May Include:

• Facility upgrades or new-build installations at industrial or energy-related sites
• Development of assets in emerging infrastructure sectors
• Projects may include brownfield, greenfield, or asset conversion work

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience managing industrial construction or infrastructure projects
• Background in sectors like oil & gas, industrial, water infrastructure, etc
• Technical degree preferred (engineering or related); PMP a plus
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery models and cost control
