Job description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. LLC. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and managing project budgets. The role also involves tracking project progress, managing logistics, facilitating inspections, and ensuring compliance with all requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with various teams for efficient project execution.

What you will do:

  1. Manage and complete 3-6 projects per month according to the set project timeline.
  2. Recruit contractors and manage contracts for all trades and subcontractors.
  3. Strive to complete projects below budget and seek ways to reduce costs and streamline the construction process.
  4. Manage project timeline, respond to all inspections.
  5. Deliver equipment to job sites if needed.
  6. Conduct final inspections of homes to ensure all work was completed properly and take detailed photos of the property.

Qualifications:

  2. Inspection and Logistics Management skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  5. Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
