Job summary

• Accepted the no-PHI delivery model in writing.
• Reviewed the SOW scope under NDA.
• Confirmed delivery by December 31, 2026 in writing.
• Contract signed with hard stop and delivery date.

Responsibilities

• Manage Epic infrastructure project with fixed-fee, milestone-based delivery.
• Track milestones for invoicing and end-customer delivery.
• Coordinate delivery through a prime contractor to the customer.
• Track prerequisites and dependencies to meet hard deadlines.
• Oversee change control and deliverable acceptance.
• Perform handoff and access termination sign-off.
• Produce as-built docs and runbooks for operations.
• Conduct knowledge transfer to customer technical staff.

Project Delivery Skills

• Technical project management of an Epic infrastructure project
• Fixed-fee, milestone-based delivery and milestone tracking for invoicing
• Delivery through a prime contractor to an end customer
• Customer prerequisite and dependency tracking on a hard deadline
• Change control and deliverable acceptance management
• Formal handoff and access termination sign-off
• As-built documentation and runbook writing
• Knowledge transfer to customer technical staff
• PMP or equivalent (preferred)
