Job Description: Project Manager (Waterfall) / ScrumMaster (Agile Digital Expertise Focus)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager (Waterfall) / ScrumMaster (Agile Digital Expertise Focus), preferably bilingual (Spanish) with proven expertise in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate will focus on Agile digital delivery, enabling high-performance teams to develop innovative digital products and solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge traditional and Agile project delivery, ensuring timely and quality project completion. This role is a hybrid of Waterfall and Agile.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in managing digital projects using Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and Waterfall approaches.
• Promote Agile best practices to foster a culture of iterative delivery, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and QA Engineers to deliver digital solutions.
• Establish project goals, schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issues proactively, with mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project metrics, generate insights, and update stakeholders regularly.
• Mentor team members on Agile methodologies and tools.
• Adapt delivery approaches based on project complexity and organizational maturity.
• Ensure user-centric outcomes using Agile techniques like Design Thinking, MVP delivery, and customer feedback.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred. 5+ years of digital project management experience.
• Hands-on Agile experience leading Scrum teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro.
• Understanding of digital delivery lifecycles, including mobile, web, e-commerce, SaaS.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks and managing dependencies across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to business language.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Agile metrics and KPIs.

Physical Requirements
