The Job
This position supports the Clinical Center of Excellence as part of the Health Equity Team, managing activities related to the Health Outcomes Survey (HOS) and health equity initiatives. Responsibilities include developing new interventions and programs, managing projects, overseeing quality improvement activities (such as NCQA Health Equity Accreditation), and conducting measurement reporting and analysis.
You Will
- Manage RFP processes and implementation for HOS-related programs to improve quality measures.
- Research, develop, and implement new quality interventions and programs.
- Oversee projects related to quality HOS and health equity initiatives, understanding business needs and developing project approaches.
- Coordinate multiple campaigns and RFP efforts, collaborating across departments and with vendors.
- Plan, monitor, and report on projects using project management tools, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.
- Set project goals, milestones, and deliverables; manage resources and ensure quality assurance.
- Collaborate with sponsors to design and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with CMS and DHCS standards.
- Prepare presentations and maintain project documentation.
- Support analytic requests, report development, and data analysis.
- Promote curiosity about AI and its potential to transform services.
- Support SCAN’s vision and goals.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- PMP certification preferred.
- 5-7 years of project management experience.
- 3-5 years in managed care industry (preferred).
- 2 years in data analysis or information management (preferred).
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
