Job description

Our Client, a Biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Project Manager for their Thousand Oaks, CA/Remote location.

Responsibilities:

1. Meeting scheduling & facilitation
2. Agenda creation, risk identification, change management
3. Cross-workstream coordination
4. Functional reporting to a colleague (Soona)
5. Managing the PARC Website (Patient-facing Cardiovascular Site), an external-facing public health site
6. Traditional project management tasks (minutes, scheduling, risk tracking)
7. Budget and vendor management
8. Liaison role between internal strategy owners and external vendors

Requirements:

1. Degree requirements: Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School diploma/GED with corresponding years of experience
