Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate Heavy Civil and Infrastructure Projects across the region, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget goals are met. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and cost reporting, and act as the main liaison with owners, engineers, and agency representatives.

With 5+ years in heavy civil construction and a strong command of Primavera P6 and Excel, you will lead project teams, review change orders, and mentor junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and cost control software (Primavera P6, Excel).
• Experience with public agency work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through closeout, including budgets, schedules, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to keep work on track.
• Review and process change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, and agency representatives.
• Chair project meetings and report progress to senior leadership monthly.
• Mentor project engineers and support staff development.
