Job summary

Urban Infraconstruction is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Heavy Civil department. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through delivery, ensuring on-time completion, budget control, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with at least five years in heavy civil construction, and is proficient with project management tools and software.

  • At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects is required.
  • Proficient with project management tools and software.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safety.
  • A primary point of contact for leadership and other coordinators throughout the project.
  • Supervise employees who work under the controller in preparing financial reports and budgets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, requirements, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects.
  • Proficient with project management tools and software.
