Job summary

Urban Infraconstruction is seeking a Project Manager to join our Heavy Civil department. You will lead project delivery, manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality, and serve as the primary liaison with leadership, clients, and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of five years of heavy civil experience, a civil engineering or construction management degree, and proficiency with project management tools. This role is on-site in Texas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects.
  • Proficient with project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safety.
  • A primary point of contact for leadership and other coordinators throughout the project.
  • Supervise employees who work under the controller in preparing financial reports and budgets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, requirements, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
