BD Executive | Metric Geo | Heavy Civil Construction

Metric Geo are partnering with a heavy‑civil contractor in Missouri who are looking to engage an experienced Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects including bridges, roadways and civil structures. You’ll oversee full project lifecycles, from preconstruction through execution and close‑out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of assigned construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, resource coordination, subcontractors and field operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead stakeholder communication — clients, design teams, owners, agencies.
  • Facilitate documentation of project progress, change orders, risk mitigation and close‑out deliverables.
  • Drive team performance, cost control and on‑time delivery on large‑scale civil projects.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of practical experience in heavy civil infrastructure project management.
  • Proven experience with CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) delivery model.
  • Demonstrated experience with progressive design‑build contracts.
  • Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
