Job summary

GH Engage seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead new construction projects in mission-critical environments. You will manage from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating subs, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining schedules and budgets for data center-related work.

Ideal candidates bring a strong GC background with data center, tilt-wall, structural steel, concrete, industrial or commercial project experience, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering complex

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager for a general contractor.
• Experience managing new construction projects from start to finish.
• Background in data centers, tilt-wall, structural steel, concrete, industrial, commercial, or similar construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and project documentation.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project reporting.
• Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate field operations and resolve project issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support estimating and preconstruction activities for upcoming projects.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and contractual requirements.

Our client is a small but rapidly growing general contractor specializing in mission-critical construction, with a focus on legacy data center retrofits, data center densification, and office-to-data center conversions.

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong general contracting background and hands‑on experience managing new construction projects. Candidates with experience on data centers, tilt-wall construction, structural steel, concrete, or other large-scale commercial/industrial projects are encouraged to apply.
