Qualifications

• Data center / mission-critical experience required.
• Procore, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office experience highly desirable.

• Proven experience managing major construction projects as a Project Manager.
• General Contractor/Subcontractors experience strongly preferred.

Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical / Data Centers

Lead the delivery of the infrastructure powering the next generation of technology.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will have significant responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

You will lead project teams, manage commercial and technical risk, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

What We're Looking For

• Data center / mission‑critical experience required.
• A mix of industrial, mission‑critical and data center construction is also preferable
• Proven experience managing major construction projects as a Project Manager.
• General Contractor/Subcontractors experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination.
• Experience managing major subcontractors and multi‑disciplinary project teams.
• Experience with commissioning, turnover and early operational requirements.
• Experience with platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
