Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the commercial and operational delivery of large-scale data center developments. You will lead project teams and act as the primary interface between the contractor, client and project partners.

This role focuses on delivering projects from preconstruction to closeout, managing budgets, schedules and overall performance while mentoring a multidisciplinary team and maintaining strong client relationships in a dynamic

We are working with a leading national general contractor that is expanding its data center and mission-critical construction platform across the US. As part of this continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a leadership role across major data center projects.

The Role

The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of the commercial and operational delivery of large-scale data center developments, leading project teams and acting as a key interface between the contractor, client and project partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules and overall commercial performance.
