Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data center developments, collaborating with project leadership, subcontractors, design teams, and clients from preconstruction through completion.

The role requires flexibility to travel and oversight of budgets, schedules, procurement and project documentation to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor within the mission-critical/data center sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of large-scale data center construction projects.

• Monitor progress, cost and quality against targets.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard.

We are partnering with a leading national general contractor that is continuing to expand its presence within the mission-critical and data center construction market. Due to continued growth and an increasing project pipeline, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.

The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale data center developments, working closely with project leadership, subcontractors, design teams and clients from preconstruction through completion.

You will need to be flexible to travel for this position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day delivery of large-scale data center construction projects.
