Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Your Responsibilities:

1. Lead the coordination of internal teams and external partners to guarantee the flawless delivery of multiple projects.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish clear project scope and deliverables.
3. Contribute to the creation and management of detailed project timelines, adapting to changes as needed.
4. Track project milestones, provide regular updates on project health, and proactively escalate any challenges.
5. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, documenting key decisions and progress.
6. Identify, assess, and communicate potential project risks and mitigation plans.
7. Develop and maintain organized project documentation for easy access and reference.
8. Create and refine comprehensive project plans to guide successful outcomes.
9. Manage and track project resources effectively.

What We're Looking For:

1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
2. A seasoned Project Manager with 5-7 years of experience navigating complex, matrixed environments, ideally within e-commerce or digital retail.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
4. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
5. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and a wide array of tasks.
6. Solid foundation in project and process management methodologies.
7. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
8. Meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking skills.
9. A self-motivated and independent worker who can thrive in dynamic environments, learn quickly, and maintain composure under pressure.
10. Highly adaptable with the ability to prioritize effectively across multiple deadlines.
11. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
