Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Market Account Manager for a 6+ months contract role with one of our Fortune 500 clients. This position is 100% remote. Apply today for immediate consideration.

Position: Project Manager (Change Management)

Location: Atlanta, GA 30328

Duration: 12+ months, with potential for FTE conversion

Pay rate: $69.00-71.38/hr on W2

Job Summary:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage comprehensive change management plans, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, sponsor management, stakeholder education, and resistance management.
  2. Design and implement key messages and supporting communication materials such as presentations, training documents, talking points, videos, and agendas, linking actions to outcomes.
  3. Establish and track metrics to measure change impact, define action plans to promote progress, incorporate feedback iteratively, and publish regular status updates and dashboards.
  4. Create reports for executive leadership on progress, value realization, risks, and challenges.
  5. Act as a change agent by promoting continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, or Master's Degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in project or change management and leadership activities.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Prosci or comparable certification is a plus.
  • Experience in project/program management.
  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Skills and Experience:

  • Management consulting expertise or experience in a project-based consultative role within a corporate structure.
  • Proven ability to implement solutions that improve organizational performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of consulting with senior leadership and influencing without authority.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to business strategy.
  • Deep understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Track record of leading effective change management programs across large teams and diverse projects, including technology, process, and organizational change.
  • Ability to communicate the business value of Change Management effectively.
  • Expertise in Payment Services.
