Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $48.00/hr

Our client, a top-tier pharmaceutical advertising firm, is bringing on several freelance project managers!

This position would offer fully remote flexibility, weekly pay, equipment (MacBook) and a great name to add to your resume!

We are looking for candidates to start ASAP. Pharmaceutical Advertising is required, as is previous experience project managing digital projects. Veeva experience is also extremely preferred.

The Project Manager will play a key role in managing and executing advertising campaigns for various clients. This position involves overseeing the development, coordination, and delivery of various campaigns and digital initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and in compliance with industry regulations. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, medical, legal, and regulatory, to ensure high-quality advertising content that aligns with our brand’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met. Develop detailed project timelines, manage resources, and adjust as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as marketing, creative, legal, regulatory, and medical to ensure that all advertising content meets regulatory and compliance standards while maintaining high creative and marketing quality.
• Campaign Development: Assist in the development of advertising strategies and creative concepts. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including digital media, presentations, and promotional assets.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that projects are executed within financial constraints. Work closely with the finance team to track spending and adjust where necessary.
• Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure that all advertising materials adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards, including FDA guidelines, and work closely with the legal and regulatory teams to obtain necessary approvals.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (internal stakeholders) and external vendors, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on all advertising materials before release to ensure they meet both the creative and compliance standards.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting notes, and status reports. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and potential risks.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements by identifying and implementing best practices for project management and advertising execution.
