Our client is looking for a Lead Project Manager for a 3-month contract and will be working remotely.

Contract Duration: 3 Months
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree and/or 5+ years of related experience
- 5 to 10 years Project Management experience in the telecom, engineering, or fintech space
- 1 to 3 years people management experience
- Implementation experience with technologies like DWDM, Transport/Waves, MPLS, Managed Services, Voice (PRI, SIP, Porting, etc.), Security, SD WAN, Managed Enterprise Services, Meraki.
- Exceptional Word, Excel, Visio, Adobe, and SharePoint skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in the process, engineering, fintech, or telecom space
- Ability to provide clear project statuses and updates
Desired Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of tech writing experience preferred
- SAP S4/Hana Experience preferred
Daily Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and manage complex projects for internal and external clients throughout their lifecycle
- Ensure timely project completion and delivery
- Analyze work plans, develop progress reports, and conduct status updates
- Manage resource requirements and allocations
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure deliverables are met
- Assess and manage risks, impacts, and alternatives
- Set project objectives and measures for success
- Lead project teams and ensure overall project success
- Define KPIs, standards, policies, and procedures for complex projects
- Ensure adherence to policies and processes
- Regularly reiterate scope, roles, responsibilities, and schedules
- Make business decisions impacting projects, customers, or the company
- Identify and coordinate internal and vendor resources for on-time, within-budget delivery
- Negotiate due dates based on resource availability
- Act as the customer-facing point of contact during projects
- Identify additional sales opportunities and collaborate with Sales
- Align project goals with customer business strategies
