Position Type: 4M Contract (w/ possible extensions and/or potential conversion to fulltime in 2026)
Hourly / Salary: to $80W2

JOB SUMMARY
Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Project Manager (SDLC) for a 4M Contract (w/ possible extensions and/or potential conversion to fulltime in 2026) that is 100% remote-based. The Project Manager will be stepping in for an individual who is out of office and will need to hit the ground running. There are multiple simultaneous ongoing projects, with large initiatives (10+ workstreams). The ideal Project Manager will create the portfolio but must also be willing to roll-up their sleeves to accomplish any outstanding lower-level tasks. The team is made up of 16-17 onshore and 15 via their partner offshore, where this Project Manager will need to bridge the gap by assisting between the onshore and offshore teams. The Project Manager will groom tickets, from an Agile perspective, understanding the requirements and success criteria, and present them in a way that makes sense for the onshore and offshore teams. The Project Manager will ensure that sprint cycles are planned, are staying on track and/or effectively communicating any bottlenecks to the appropriate team members. The Project Manager will primarily focus on SDLC, Salesforce, and Web Development projects. Additionally, any High-Level Project Management experience with some Waterfall for milestones, tracking, risk assessment / management, etc.
