Job summary

Talent Road LLC in Peabody, MA seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will handle budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships, delivering quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5-8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is highly preferred.
• Experience with ground-up construction, tenant fit-outs, occupied renovations, retail, restaurant, or corporate interior projects is a plus.

Responsibilities
