Job summary

Vetted Talent Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential/light commercial construction from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of project management experience, a degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred), and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - this is a client facing role.
