Job summary

Malik Lighting & Sign seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee customer interactions, quotes, work orders, invoicing, and scheduling. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in lighting, signs, and canopies.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English; Hindi helpful.
• Proficient with Jobber, Jibble, Expensify, and ServiceNow.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office; quick to learn specialized software.
• Good problem-solving and prioritization; gas station industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, issues, or requests.
• Answer inquiries about project information, quotes, work orders, invoicing, and scheduling.
• Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex items to the Managing Director.
• Process transactions: quotes, work orders, invoices, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, AR.
• Provide accurate project status and schedule dates; follow procedures.
• Suggest improvements to procedures and collaborate with staff and technicians.
• Ensure issues are resolved professionally and clearly.

Description

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Project Manager. This is a great opportunity to use your efficiency, knowledge, and problem-solving skills to help us provide superior customer service to our Malik Lighting & Sign customers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assists the Customers with any questions, issues, problems, or requests.
• Answers customer inquiries regarding all project information, Quotes, Work Orders, Invoicing, and Scheduling.
• Promptly resolves customers' issues professionally and escalates complex issues to the Managing Director.
• Accurately processes transactions, including quotes, work orders, returns, invoices, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, and accounts receivable.
• Obtains and communicates accurate information regarding project status and schedule dates.
• Follows function and company procedures and processes.
• Makes suggestions to improve procedures and processes.
• Effectively work with other staff and technicians and be a valued team member.
• Resolves customers' issues professionally, quickly, and clearly.
