• Assist the Project Manager to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication.
• Enter required data into tracking sheets and manage project schedules.
• Complete final inspections and turn in billing information to accounting.
• Collaborate with installation and manufacturing departments.
• Coordinate daily communication with Installation and Manufacture teams.
• Visit customers as needed and assist with final billing.

Location

This position will be based in Canoga Park, CA.

Responsibilities

• Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to complete the jobs by their designated deadline.
• Provide exceptional customer service with very clear communication.
• Enter the required PM data into “Tracking Sheets”.
• Forecast the installation of projects.
• Progress invoice projects one week prior to installation.
• The report anticipated upcoming closures and funds.
• Enter the schedule for installations in Google Calendar, create a work order, and Google Directions.
• Communicate daily schedule with Installation and Manufacture departments
• Visit the customers as needed.
• Manage the completion of the job and final inspection for final billing.
• Turn in billing information to the Accounting Department.
• Receive calls.
• Work with a positive attitude.
• Team player attitude.
• Arrive promptly each morning and plan to work up to 50 hours per week as needed.
• Create completion packages.

Job Requirements
