Signs By G is one of the fastest-growing commercial signage companies in Texas. We produce high-quality signage for retail centers, franchises, developers, and construction partners statewide — and we’re known for precision, creativity, and delivering on our word.

We’re hiring a Project Manager to own every project from sale to installation.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple active projects simultaneously from kickoff through completed installation
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, installers, and internal teams to keep jobs on track
• Build and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and flag issues before they become problems
• Work inside Asana and HubSpot to manage your pipeline and communicate project status
• Ensure every job is delivered on time, on spec, and to our quality standard

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of project management experience — construction, manufacturing, trades, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple jobs without dropping anything
• Clear communicator who can hold vendors and crews accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-adjacent environment
• Signage industry experience is a huge plus
• $60,000/year
