Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial construction projects from planning through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, superintendents, and subs
• Develop budgets, track costs, forecast finances, and manage change orders
• Prepare and manage schedules, procure long-lead materials, and coordinate sequencing
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and project documentation
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, progress reports, and closeout documents
• Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Visit project sites across the DC metropolitan area

Job Details

• Commercial construction project-management experience with a general contractor.

• Written communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and visit project sites throughout the DC metropolitan area.
