Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in the Washington DC metropolitan area. You will manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, coordinating owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to deliver on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, a Bachelors in Construction Management or related field, and strong financial, scheduling, and contract

• Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with commercial interiors, base building, or complex commercial projects preferred.

Job Details
