You will manage projects end-to-end, coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders, and support tendering, budgeting and risk management in a busy boutique consultancy.

A growing boutique owner's representative consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its New York team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality commercial projects, work directly with clients and join the business at an early stage of growth. The role offers excellent exposure, responsibility and long‑term progression.

The ideal candidate will be confident leading projects across the proejct lifecycle independently.

The Role

• Manage commercial interior and tenant improvement projects from pre‑construction through to closeout.
• Support senior leadership while taking ownership of day‑to‑day project delivery.

About You

• Experience independently delivering commercial projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong commercial fit‑out or tenant improvement experience within New York.
• An owner's representative or project management consultancy background is preferred, although relevant developer or contractor experience may be considered.
• Confident managing budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts and risk.
• Strong client‑facing, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working within a growing business.
• Ambitious and keen to progress as the team expands.
