Job summary

HeatherDaniel International in New York City seeks 4 project managers to lead end-to-end delivery of major NYC interior fit-outs and capital projects. You will liaise with clients, architects, GCs, engineers, and subs, managing budgets, schedules, and quality to meet program goals.

Ideal candidates have 4–8+ years in commercial real estate or construction, a CM/engineering/architectural background, and strong presentation and client-briefing skills.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of PM experience in commercial real estate or construction.
• Background in CM consultancy or Owner’s Representation preferred; engineers, general contracting, or architectural backgrounds encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong presentation skills and commercial acumen.
• Base salary $140,000 – $170,000 with annual bonus and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle delivery for commercial interior fit-outs, landlord capital projects, and building repositioning.
• Manage master project schedules, budget tracking, change orders, and monthly executive reporting.
• Direct project team meetings, lead site inspections, and present strategic solutions to client stakeholders.

Role Profile

We are seeking 4x Project Managers to lead project execution from inception to completion across major NYC assets. You will act as the key client liaison, overseeing architects, general contractors, engineers, and sub-consultants while managing project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle delivery for commercial interior fit-outs, landlord capital projects, and building repositioning.

Requirements

• Experience: 4–8+ years of PM experience in the commercial real estate or construction sector.
• Background: Prior experience in a Construction Management (CM) consultancy or Owner’s Representation firm is highly preferred. Candidates from Engineering, General Contracting, or Architectural backgrounds seeking to step into consultancy project management are also encouraged to apply.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Skills: Strong presentation skills, commercial acumen, and confidence in managing project scenarios and client briefings.
• $140,000 – $170,000 Base Salary (commensurate with experience)
