Savills North America seeks a Project Manager for our New York City team. The role covers planning through closeout across construction and real estate projects, partnering with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
You will manage budgets, schedules, design coordination, permitting, and occupancy. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of design/construction experience in commercial real estate, strong communication, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our New York City team. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work across all phases of construction and real estate projects—from planning and due diligence through design, construction, and closeout—while partnering closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Note: This position is not suited for candidates with an IT-focused background.
This position is based in New York City with an expectation of being in the office four days per week (Monday–Thursday). Friday may be worked remotely, unless project travel is required. The role supports clients across the U.S., and travel outside of New York City may be necessary for site visits and client meetings.
