Job summary

Landing Point is seeking an experienced Project Manager in New York to lead complex, multi-workstream engagements across fund accounting, operations, treasury, technology, and data management. You will develop detailed plans, coordinate stakeholder sessions, and deliver executive-ready updates as part of strategic operational transformation programs.

The role requires 7–12+ years in project management or consulting within private equity or related fund administration, with hands-on experience

Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of project management or consulting experience.
• Experience within private equity, private credit, hedge funds, or fund administration.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting operations.
• Experience supporting operational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support Continuum leadership in planning and executing multi-workstream consulting engagements.
• Maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
• Track project risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and executive updates.
• Support assessments across Fund Accounting, Operations, Treasury, Technology, Data Management, Reporting, Internal Controls, and Organizational Structure.
• Develop swimlane diagrams, process maps, dependency maps, RACI matrices, operating model documentation, current/future-state assessments, and executive summaries.
• Support assessments of NAV close, financial reporting, capital activity, management fees, waterfalls, SPVs, co-investments, joint ventures, and third-party administrator interactions.
• Coordinate assessments of accounting platforms, portfolio systems, treasury platforms, data warehouses, reporting solutions, workflow tools, and integrations.
• Prepare Steering Committee presentations, executive summaries, operating model assessments, technology roadmaps, reporting roadmaps, business cases, and recommendation decks.

Compensation:

Pay Rate: $80 - $175/hr
