Job summary

Arrow Search Partners is seeking a senior hiring leader in New York to manage accounting, operations and financial reporting for its product suite. This role focuses on scaling infrastructure and controls to support growth across multiple funds.

The candidate will supervise data governance across vendors and administrators, drive budgets and improve liquidity modeling, with responsibility for strategic projects for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 10-15 years of public and private accounting experience.
• Experience within the secondaries or fund of funds industry.
• Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Advance the firms target operating model and build scalable infrastructure, processes and controls to support continued product and AUM growth.
• Oversee data governance processes across various vendors, third party administrators, and portfolio monitoring systems.

• Assist in planning and infrastructure around new products.
• Lead and execute ad hoc strategic and operational projects for senior leadership.

Responsibilities
