Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery for infrastructure, platform, and product initiatives, from scoping and requirements through launch and retrospectives.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, dependency maps, RAID logs, and executive status reports using Jira, Confluence, and related tools
• Coordinate engineering, product, security, SRE, data, and go-to-market stakeholders to resolve blockers and maintain delivery velocity
• Translate technical requirements, architecture decisions, and release plans into clear workstreams, owners, and measurable deliverables
• Manage release readiness across QA, observability, security review, incident response, and production rollout processes
• Track project health using delivery metrics such as cycle time, milestone variance, risk exposure, and capacity utilization
• Facilitate planning meetings, technical reviews, retrospectives, and escalation paths while documenting decisions and follow-up actions

The Project Manager drives cross-functional delivery across cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and product teams. The role turns technical roadmaps into executable plans, coordinating dependencies across software engineers, security, DevOps, data, and business stakeholders. This role matters because reliable execution is critical to shipping scalable systems without compromising security, uptime, or customer commitments. The Project Manager will bring structure to complex initiatives, surface risks early, and ensure projects move from scope definition through launch and post-release measurement.

Key Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

• 3-8 years of experience in technical project management, program management, engineering operations, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated experience delivering software, cloud infrastructure, platform, cybersecurity, or data projects involving multiple technical teams
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methods, including sprint planning, dependency management, risk tracking, and change control
• Hands‑on experience with project and documentation tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, Confluence, Notion, Slack, or equivalent platforms
• Ability to understand technical concepts including APIs, cloud services, CI/CD, databases, observability, and software release lifecycles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present delivery status, tradeoffs, and risks to both technical teams and senior leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, information systems, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience is also considered. Bonus: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or SAFe certification; experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, SQL, or data‑intensive products
