Tier4 Group is seeking a highly organized Project Manager, Technology Delivery to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of software and technology initiatives across the organization.

The role serves as the operational center of the technology team, ensuring projects are properly scoped, prioritized, planned, and executed, with close collaboration with product stakeholders, technical leaders, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing software or IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project management practices.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager, Technology Delivery to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of software and technology initiatives across the organization.

This role goes beyond traditional project coordination. You will serve as the operational center of the technology team, ensuring projects are properly scoped, prioritized, planned, and executed.

You'll work closely with product stakeholders, technical leaders, and engineering teams to maintain delivery momentum while ensuring initiatives are fully prepared before development begins.

The ideal candidate understands how to balance competing priorities, communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences, and maintain discipline in rapidly evolving environments.

What You'll Do

Project Delivery & Execution

• Manage the end-to-end execution of technology projects, integrations, and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Drive sprint planning, release schedules, and delivery tracking activities.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives and implementation priorities.

Requirements Readiness & Quality Control

• Evaluate incoming work requests to ensure requirements are complete, actionable, and development-ready.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before work enters the development lifecycle.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to improve work quality and delivery predictability.
• Establish consistency in project intake and prioritization processes.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the central communication point between business teams, product stakeholders, engineering, QA, and leadership.
• Provide regular project updates, status reporting, and risk assessments.
• Manage expectations and communicate project changes effectively.
• Facilitate meetings that drive alignment and decision-making.

Delivery Metrics & Continuous Improvement

• Build and maintain project dashboards and delivery reporting.
• Track key performance indicators including project throughput, cycle times, release readiness, and issue trends.
• Lead retrospectives and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive accountability and transparency across project teams.

Change Management & Coordination

• Support system rollouts, integrations, upgrades, and process changes.
• Ensure stakeholders understand timelines, impacts, and readiness requirements.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to maintain project momentum and minimize disruption.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience managing software or IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms.
• Experience coordinating software releases, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and dependency management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP, logistics, operational software, or enterprise technology environments.
• Background in change management and organizational adoption initiatives.
• Experience building project reporting and performance dashboards.
• Familiarity with software quality assurance and release management processes.
