Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent project management systems.

• Work closely with engineering teams to define project scope, milestones, resource plans, and success metrics.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks proactively to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
• Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may impact delivery.
• Ensure technical solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with best practices.
