Job summary

Korn Ferry is engaged to manage a large-scale SIS Replacement initiative in NYC/Remote. The Project Manager will drive execution, coordinate stakeholders across IT and business teams, mitigate risks, and ensure milestones are delivered on time.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise IT project management, strong governance skills, and experience with multi-workstream delivery. PMP desired; SIS/HE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within enterprise IT environments.
• Experience leading large-scale software implementations, system migrations, or transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
• Preferred: SIS experience, Higher Education, ERP implementation, PMP certification, Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid.

Overview

Project Manager - SIS Replacement Project

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a large-scale Student Information System (SIS) Replacement initiative. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, managing cross-functional dependencies, coordinating stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring key roadmap milestones are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, schedules, and roadmap deliverables


• Coordinate technical, business, and executive stakeholders


• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans


• Lead status meetings and provide executive-level reporting
