Job summary

Project Manager - SIS Replacement Project

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Overview

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a large-scale Student Information System (SIS) Replacement initiative. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, managing cross-functional dependencies, coordinating stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring key roadmap milestones are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, schedules, and roadmap deliverables
• Coordinate technical, business, and executive stakeholders
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Lead status meetings and provide executive-level reporting
• Drive milestone readiness and stakeholder accountability
• Ensure projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within enterprise IT environments
• Experience leading large-scale software implementations, system migrations, or transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proven experience managing project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery across multiple workstreams
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Azure DevOps
