Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage project management activities for organization-wide initiatives
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
Establish and control project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and required tasks
Apply both traditional Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
Promote adherence to project management best practices and established methodologies
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Plan and facilitate project status meetings, review meetings, and stakeholder discussions
Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to project sponsors and stakeholders
Develop, maintain, and manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Project Lead to manage multiple technology and agency-wide initiatives throughout their complete project lifecycle. The successful candidate will oversee projects from solicitation and vendor selection through contract negotiation, acquisition, implementation, migration, archival, and retirement of legacy applications.

This role requires strong project management expertise across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, project sponsors, and senior professionals.
