Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead mid-to-large-scale HVAC and plumbing projects across the Maryland region. You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on government and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, and coordination with field teams, owners, GCs, and subs to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mechanical construction projects.
• Strong background in HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Government and/or healthcare project experience preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.

• Manage mechanical construction projects from award through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and manpower planning.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
