LVI Associates client, a well-established mechanical contractor, seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver top-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.
• Background in HVAC, plumbing, piping, or large-scale MEP construction.
• Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, industrial, mission-critical, higher education, or similar projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract management.
• Ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple HVAC and mechanical construction projects across all delivery phases.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts, and procurement plans.
• Lead communication with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project financial performance, including cost control and billing.
• Coordinate with field leadership to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Support preconstruction, estimating reviews, and project planning.
• Drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction on all projects.

They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HVAC and mechanical construction projects throughout all phases of delivery.

• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and procurement plans.

• Lead communication with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Oversee project financial performance, including cost control, change orders, and billing.

• Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
