Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking a Senior HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager to lead large commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects. The role emphasizes mentoring engineers and field crews, managing budgets, schedules, and vendor relations to ensure on-time delivery of materials.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction and 5+ years of experience with HVAC/Plumbing contractors handling projects from 50k to $30M+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction.
• 5+ years of experience working for an HVAC or Plumbing Mechanical Contractors on large commercial projects ranging from 50k to $30M+.
• Familiar with state building and HVAC/Plumbing codes.
• Strong knowledge in BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen/Accubid preferred.
