ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Project Coordinator (PC) will provide hands-on, onsite support for a rapidly growing workforce program within our customers manufacturing and operations environment. This highly operational role partners closely with Project Managers, recruiters, consultants, production leaders, and client stakeholders to coordinate onboarding, consultant engagement, workforce reporting, and day-to-day program operations.
The program is expected to support significant workforce growth, including the rapid hiring of approximately 80 consultants by the end of the year and continued expansion into 2027. The strongest candidate will be highly organized, proactive, approachable, and able to hold others accountable while building trusted relationships. Success in this role requires strong follow-through, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage competing priorities through completion.
