Job summary

Westerman, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to drive performance across multi-site manufacturing in the oil, gas, and nuclear industries. You will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure safe, on-time project delivery and optimized spend.

The role requires strong governance of schedules, budgets, and CAPEX projects, with hands-on ERP and MS Office proficiency. This on-site position offers growth in a growing, employee-owned company with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years project management experience.
  • 5+ years Oil & Gas production experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of ASME, API, NFPA, AGA and welding procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead transformation and operational readiness initiatives for new manufacturing facility.
  • Manage facility layout development with Engineering, including scaled drawings and final as-built documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams.

Westerman, Inc., an employee-owned company, is a multiple site manufacturer of production and storage equipment within the oil, gas, and nuclear industries. Our equipment helps optimize well pad design, improve separation efficiency and lower overall equipment spend through high-performance surface separation and processing technology. Our equipment is setting new standards for performance and economics nationwide.SUMMARYProject Managers have the responsibility of ensuring the company's projects are executed in a timely and profitable manner while maintaining customer satisfaction. Will provide guidance to the shops and engineering staff with respect to equipment design and fabrication requirements. Will work between cross-functional teams to execute specific tasks and timelines and provide high level insight and escalation to leadership. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a self-directed environment and should have a proven record of developing and leveraging strong working relationships to generate positive outcomes. The position reports to the General Manager or Operations Superintendent and is fully on-site.RESPONSIBILITIESRegular and punctual attendance at work is an essential job function of each position and is necessary to your individual effectiveness and that of your work group.
