Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced construction manager to oversee on-site activities for a full-time project in Florida from mobilization through closeout.

You will monitor contractor performance, enforce schedules, conduct daily site observations, and act as the primary on-site contact for contractors and subcontractors. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CM/Engineering and 10+ years in heavy civil or marine projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of construction management experience.
• Experience in heavy civil, marine, facility, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time, on-site management of construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Monitor contractor performance for compliance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
