Job summary

Jobot is seeking a General Contractor with a strong pipeline of repeat clients in healthcare and higher education to lead project management on commercial builds. The role requires 8+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction and the ability to coordinate with owners, architects, and subs.

You will drive document control, subcontractor relations, and safety initiatives on large-scale projects, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong ability to coordinate with Senior PM(s), PM(s) and Superintendent(s) on assigned project.
• Comfortable speaking/presenting to Owner's/Architects/Subcontractors in meetings.
• Large scale project experience, preferred.
• Proven track record of effectively managing document control.
• Ability to establish and maintain subcontractor relationships.
• Devoted to project safety initiatives.
