Job summary

Zenlayer is seeking a proactive Project Manager who is Mandarin bilingual to connect internal and external teams, drive on-time delivery, and continually improve operations. You will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate resources, and navigate a fast-paced environment across time zones, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to SOPs.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to build vendor relationships while delivering Zenlayer’s edge cloud

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a must.
• College graduate in business or related fields.

• Adhere to and optimize company standard operating procedures.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through regular meetings.
• Identify problems in operations and resolve promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Maintain clear operation procedure documents for reference.
• Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plans for improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in related industry, such as telecommunications, cloud computing, or information technology.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams needed
• Be responsible and accountable to the project stakeholders for delivering a project’s goals and deliverables within scope, schedule, cost and quality
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-national company.
• Passionate about technology, networking, problem solving and the willingness to learn.
• Experience using Project Management tools like Confluence, Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce.
• PMP Certification
