Job summary

Architectural Design & Signs Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex signage and construction projects in California. You will own end-to-end delivery from concept to installation.

This role requires 5+ years of PM experience in signage/construction, ability to read construction drawings, and strong negotiation skills. Expect on-site leadership and collaboration with sales, engineering, and field crews.

Salary Range: $71,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Drive Execution : Manage the full project lifecycle: concept, permitting, production, and installation.
• Own the Bottom Line : Track costs, maintain healthy profit margins, and manage change orders.
• Bridge the Teams : Serve as the central hub connecting sales, engineering, manufacturing, and field installers.
• Manage Subcontractors : Negotiate estimates and oversee specialized crews for permitting and installation.
• Client Advocacy : Maintain proactive communication to deliver exceptional results on time.
• Field Leadership : Conduct site investigations and supervise active installation work on-site.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
• Industry Expertise : 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically in signage or construction .
• Blueprints : Proven ability to accurately read and interpret construction drawings.
• Tech Savvy : High proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce/Accumatica (or equivalent CRM/ERP tools).
• Leadership : Strong negotiation skills, a solutions oriented mindset, and high accountability.
