Job summary

Henis Group, an established national architectural signage company, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects from concept through production and installation. You will coordinate between clients, designers, production teams, installers, and vendors, managing timelines, budgets, and documentation.

Direct signage experience is preferred but not required; candidates with related field PM experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Three or more years of project management experience.
  • Signage, commercial construction, architectural products, specialty contracting, or related industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly when project challenges arise.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
  • Familiarity with permitting, zoning, building codes, or municipal approval processes.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects from estimating and initial planning through production and installation.
  • Develop and coordinate project schedules, milestones, and completion timelines.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, designers, production teams, installers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Ensure projects meet specifications, budget requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Review technical drawings, site plans, designs, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate site surveys, permitting, zoning, and code-compliance activities.
  • Monitor project budgets, invoices, and financial performance.
  • Prepare, issue, and manage change orders when project scopes or requirements change.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks, resolve challenges, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional business.
  • Travel to project or installation sites when necessary

About the Opportunity

Our client, an established national architectural signage company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects from initial concept through production and installation.

This role will serve as a primary point of coordination between clients, designers, production teams, installers, vendors, municipalities, and other internal stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, documentation, permitting, and client expectations while ensuring each project is completed accurately, efficiently, and according to specification.

Direct signage experience is strongly preferred but not required. Candidates with successful project management experience in commercial construction, architectural products, specialty contracting, manufacturing, or another closely related field are encouraged to apply.
