Job summary

Fusion Sign and Design in California is seeking an Electrical Signage Project Manager with signage or construction experience to be the primary contact for client service and to manage project execution. You will coordinate with in-house design, field subcontractors, and manufacturing, review proposals, prepare estimates, and monitor schedules to meet deadlines.

Strong reading of drawings and excellent communication are essential.

Position Summary:

Serves as the primary point of contact for all client service activities while managing the successful execution of all client requests. Serves as a key liaison between client and internal support teams as well as field installation subcontractors that may be required.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review proposals and request part numbers.
• Prepare art requests for in house design team.
• Prepare estimates and sales orders in Job Scope.
• Request purchase orders for subcontractors.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (minimum qualifications):

• Must have at last 3 years project coordinator experience or equivalent in a support role.

• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Must have strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic workplace.
