Job summary

MPI, a premier general contractor in Bridgehampton, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end ground-up residential and major renovations in the Hamptons. You will coordinate architects, engineers, designers, consultants, subcontractors and vendors, and manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation.

You will review drawings, identify issues early, conduct regular project meetings, and work closely with the Superintendent to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience with high-end residential construction strongly preferred.
  • Ground-up custom home and/or major gut renovation experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients, architects, and designers is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-end ground-up residential construction and major renovation projects.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the construction process.
  • Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and final turnover.

Project Manager

A premier general contractor based in Bridgehampton is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The company specializes in the ground-up construction and gut renovation of large, high-end custom homes throughout the Hamptons, working with discerning homeowners, architects, and design professionals.

  • Manage high-end ground-up residential construction and major renovation projects.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Manage procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.

A successful Project Manager should have:
