Our client is an established commercial construction firm specializing in delivering complex projects across multiple industry sectors. The organization provides comprehensive construction services and is seeking a Project Manager to support continued project growth and client demand.

Job Description

Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout. Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and project plans. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients. Lead project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders. Review project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Ensure quality, safety, and project performance objectives are achieved. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Support successful project delivery within budget and schedule requirements.
